I  am  Mr Zene Mobutu the  son of  the late  President Sese-seko Mobutu of 
Zaire who died in exile here in Morocco.
I am making  this  contact to you in good faith and with hope that it will 
transpire into a mutual  relationship in the future. I believe you are aware 
through  the international press how the Swiss government froze my father's 
assets and bank accounts.
Recently the French government confiscated my father's chateaux in southern 
france. In view of  the  above, my family and I have decided not  to carry out 
any more investments in our name, therefore my request is for you to help us 
invest  these funds or act as  our finanacial manager

Before  the death of my father, he  deposited the sum of Usd $15Million  in the 
volt  of  a  security  company in Dubai( United   Arab  Emirate)  for  safe  
keeping to  avoid  further  troubles.
He deposited it as mobutu family  fund, all  I want  is  for  you  to  invest  
this  funds  in your country  in lucrative investment such as shares/ stocks in 
multinational  companies, real estate and  other  nonspeculative investment.
I will not  want  my name or that of my family mentioned in any of  the 
investments.
It  is  also our  wish to  carry out all the investment in your name and under 
trusteeship.

Upon your response, I will be  will to arrenge a  face to face  meeting  
between  you and my family, in  the meeting we  shall sign a working agreement 
and also discuss on your remuneration soon as I hear from you.
I will ask my lawyer (arttorney) to  start the process of drafting the 
investment agreement.
