Dekuji za radu, vypada to, ze by to melo byt ono.

Nicmene se zda, ze s pomoci 'pdftk' zadane nastaveni plne respektuje jen 
'acroread'.

Napr. takove 'xpdf' bere vazne pouze zamknuti pro cteni. 
Jakmile uzivatel heslem odemkne pro cteni dokument, u nehoz nema povoleny 
jina prava nez cteni, muze dany dokument klidne i tisknout.
(uvedeny priklad, me narozdil od nechtene moznosti modifikace zase az tak 
nepali, ale prijde mi to zajimave)
