Neviem, co to problem vyriesi, ale ja pouzivam GAG (je to free program, resp. 
GNU  )
Nepotrebuje vlastnu partisnu,  nainstaluje sa na prvni track HD
Umoznuje az 9 ruznych OS. Ja som ho zatial odskusal na  na DOS filesysteme
 z w2k - bez chyb.
Podla popisu mu je ale uplne jedno z akeho FS startuje (moze aj z diskety :)   )

Its main features are: 
  a.. Allows boot of up to 9 different operating systems. 
  b.. It can boot operating systems installed in primary and extended 
partitions on any available hard disk. 
  c.. Can be installed from nearly all operating systems. 
  d.. GAG doesn't need its own partition. It installs itself in the first track

  j.. Allows the boot manager text to be translated to all languages. 
  k.. Can exchange disk drives, allowing to boot from the second, third... hard 
disk operating systems such as MS-DOS. 
  l.. Has the SafeBoot system, that allows to boot your hard disk even if GAG 
is accidentally overwrited. 
  m.. Supports a great variety of keyboards (QWERTY, AZERTY and QWERTZ 
keyboards). 
  n.. Fully support for hard disks up to 4 terabytes (4096 gigabytes). 
  o.. Full version and free software (distributed under GPL licence, with 
source code)
