Pouziva prosim nekdo z ctenych pritomnych jako system locale
cs_CZ.UTF-8? Dnes jsem zjistil, ze osviceni vyvojari GTK+
predpokladaji encodovani souboru v UTF-8 a mysli si:
The assumption of GLib and GTK+ by default is that filenames on the
filesystem are encoded in UTF-8 rather than the encoding of the locale;
The GTK+ developers consider that having filenames whose interpretation
depends on the current locale is fundamentally a bad idea.
...
Best integration of GTK+-2.0 with the environment is achieved by
using a UTF-8 locale.
(http://www.gtk.org/gtk-2.0.0-notes.html)
Muze me prosim nekdo nakopnout smerem k _dostatecne_aktualnimu_ seznamu
veci, ktere je nutno pro kompletni prechod k UTF-8 na desktopu udelat?
Diky moc i za pripadne zkusenosti ci vystrahy.
P.S.: Ted po sobe jeste jednou ctu Subject. Prechazim na testing z unstable,
zajima me tedy prodevsim soucasny stav v Sarge. Diky ;-)
